Goal Setting, Accomplishment & Management

This program has 3 tears:

Investing in 1, 3 or 6 months of personalized nutrition coaching will allow me to dive deep into your personal health story (physical and mental). 

I will identify where your body needs nutritional support in order to find balance and optimal health.    


You will receive all the nutritional explanation and education that you require in order to reach a new understanding of your midlife body and so that you feel fully comfortable with where you are taking your health over the next one to six months. 


You can expect at the end of these nourishing months you’ll have returned back to feeling like you are meant to feel.

Virtual & In Person are options for any program.


1 Month Includes: $675 + gst

  • 1 month customized nutrient dense meal plans includes: detailed grocery lists, and easy to follow recipes.
  • Daily coaching for support, and accountability.
  • 1 month access to online app for tracking sleep, stress levels, meditation, and fluid intake.


3 Month Includes: $1845 + gst   Couple Price: $3000 + gst

  • 3 month customized nutrient dense meal plans including: detailed grocery lists and easy to follow recipes.
  • Daily coaching for 30 days for support and accountability.

Covering Topics:

  1. Your Overall Health Goals 
  2.  Food Intolerances/Food Sensitivities 
  3.  Strategies for your specific schedule
  4.  Using food to recover from illness or injury 
  5.  Education on proper supplementation 
  6.  Education on whole foods 
  7.  Turning meal prep overwhelm into smaller steps 
  8.  Mindful eating/Listening to your body


  • Weekly 30 minute check in's via zoom or phone for 60 days.
  • 3 month access to online app for tracking sleep, stress levels, meditation, and fluid intake
  • 45 Minute follow up to end program strong and ensure confidence. 


6 Month Includes: $2500 + gst per person    couple price $3600 + gst

This longer term commitment will allow us to check in and explore which foods work to support your body and which foods you personally need to avoid. You’ll be supported with easy and delicious recipes, personalized plans, with detailed grocery lists and most importantly accountability from someone who is in your corner.   

  • 6 Month customized nutrient dense meal plans including: detailed grocery lists and easy to follow recipes.
  • Education on foods and the why's behind it for your program.
  • Daily coaching for 6 months for support, and accountability.

This program is 15 days.


Detoxing will clear out toxins from your body and give your digestive system a break to heal and restore naturally, before introducing new eating habits and food. Your mentality and how you view food will drastically alter how effective weight loss and detox will work.

FAQs

What is the difference between a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and a Dietician?


Both Holistic Nutritionist, Dietitian/Nutritionist are food and nutrition experts who are able to asses the clients needs and counsel them on healthy eating habits.

The recommendations made by dietitians are mostly based on the Canadian Food Guide, which some criticize for being confusing and ridden with flaws.

The problem with the Canadian Food Guide is that the foods that fall out of the food groups- don’t really have a place & some don’t belong (for example: juice)

While I believe both serve an important part in the wellness world & many have had great success with, some client cases are more complex.


Holistic Nutrition Practitioners/Holistic Nutritionists see clients as a whole and address body systems out of balance along with the main concern. 

We address nutrition, the mind (belief systems, making friends with food, confidence etc) and supplementation if need be as our soil is so depleted from its vitamins & minerals nor do we eat enough vegetables.

In most cases it’s important we address that.

When I work with my clients I often refer to out sources so we test and not guess on what levels we are at. (EI: hormones)

Holistic Nutrition Practitioners look deeply into the disease & nutrition.

We consider the small but meaningful details in a client.

Learning about YOUR unique nutrition needs and understanding the reasons why are my specialty.


Both are equally amazing for helping people in their wellness routine.
